This campus caters to South East Asia. The concept reflects culture. The courtyard acts as a stress buster for a very disciplined work regime. “Colours of the East” acts as the guiding principle for design detail. The design execution here was meticulous and the outcome was as per the CGI generated. The rock was hand-picked and chiseled to mark the entry. This abstract form lets the onlooker visualize.

1 lac sq.m podium garden was design using natural stones and clay pavers, alongwith intricate selection of planting palate to bring nature close to the user. Trees were also carefully selected considering the load on the slab. Local craftsmen and material were used to develop all landscape zones — with herb gardens, textures in paving, and other details.

The Lotus Court represents India in various abstractions — Lotus: National Flower. The central waterbody with approaching steps indicates the step wells/Ghats of India.
